  • Ozark signs contract with Jarden Consumer Solutions. Refurbishment services begin on numerous well-known brands, including Crock-Pot®, FoodSaver®, Mr. Coffee®, and Oster®.

  • Ozark begins refurbishment of lifeSMART brand infrared heaters for KMS, Inc.
2012
  • Ozark begins refurbishment of steam mops and multi-purpose steamers for Haan Corporation.
  • Ozark was recognized as a "Leader in Sustainability" by Call2Recycle, for their continued commitment to the reclamation and recycling of batteries through the Call2Recycle program.
2010
  • Ozark's Arkansas Facility was awarded with ISO 9001 - 2008 Certification on June 27, 2010. Ozark was among the first in the industry and country to receive this certification.
2009
  • Ozark and Stanley Black & Decker sign contract. Ozark will manage all US returns and refurbish products for resale.
2007
  • Ozark and Applica Consumer Products sign contract. Ozark will manage all US returns and refurbish products for resale.
2006
  • Ozark begins refurbishment of LCD televisions for RCA / TTE Technology.
2005
  • Ozark begins managing Xbox, Xbox 360, and Kinect returns for Microsoft.
  • Ozark begins refurbishment of LCD televisions for Philips / Magnavox.
2003
  • Opened location in El Paso to be an America Logistics Center.
  • Ozark begins managing returns (telephones) for Thomson (now known as Technicolor).
2002
  • Ozark's Cullman Alabama Facility was awarded with ISO 9001 - 2000 Certification.
  • Ozark begins refurbishment of General Electric brand products (including refrigerators, microwaves, and air conditioners, among others).
2001
  • Ozark's Arkansas Facility was awarded with ISO 9001 - 2000 Certification.
1997
  • Ozark moved its remote return center facilities into the Wal-Mart Return Centers.
1995
  • We moved into our current home office and largest production facility (>200,000 sq ft).
1992
  • We opened a new facility in Cullman, Alabama to provide a presence in the southeastern part of the United States.
1985
  • The business was incorporated under the name of Ozark Electronics Repair, Inc.
1983
  • Service began for the then three hundred Wal-Mart stores through the Return Center located in Rogers, Arkansas.
1981
  • Houpe's Electronics was started in a small portion of a local hardware store in Decatur, Arkansas.
